We bought a humidifier at Sam’s Club for $70. It is supposed to work for up to 3200 square feet (twice our house). We set it in our kitchen and set the desired humidity. I remember growing up having the temp always set at 68 degrees. Here, I’ve had to keep it at 72 in the winter (only because 75 sounds way too high) and I’m always still cold. Since having it, we have been able to keep the house a full FIVE degrees cooler without any problem. And I’m always comfortable. This is going to be very nice on our oil bill.
