Due to Mom being sick to her stomach and having to run to the bathroom every 15 minutes, school was pretty low key today. After scriptures and prayer, we watched March of the Penguins and then looked up all different kinds of penguins on wikipedia and showed the girls where they lived on our globe before Spencer broke it. Then the girls read and colored different penguin story books that I was able to print off of edhelper.com.
Lucy spent the afternoon with her current love affair… subtraction. I couldn’t tear her away if I tried. But with a father who spends his free time trying to figure out the mathematical equation to carbon dioxide, I shouldn’t be surprised. SO glad she takes after him 🙂
