Don’t you like my titles? Pretty imaginative. Lets see how many days I can keep this up.
We started a little late, but regrouped well. After scriptures and a handful of songs we read about Pathagoras. Talk about a strange guy who was totally caught up in his own ego. Brilliant though. Strange, but brilliant.
Then we spent the next hour playing with pattern blocks from the saxon math manipulative kit. We made shapes with different shapes. Emma was especially good at making flowers our of them. Spencer played with the colored bears and was able to sort them all into different color piles. But we had to put it away once Spencer started throwing them around the room.
Lucy wrote a short story about dinosaurs. While Emma and Spencer drew.
Matt was home today and so after Spencer’s nap, we all went to the beach. Fun stuff.
