I gave up on the idea that I was going to be perfect at weight watchers. So when I started last Thursday and by lunch had already blown it for the day, I decided on Friday that instead of starting over (like I always do) I just brushed the crumbs off and started where I left off. Day two for the week. I also blew it on Sunday. And when I weighed myself yesterday morning, what was the verdict? A 5 pound weight loss! Awesome! Yay for not giving up!
