Lucy, “But we have two cars.”
Dad, “The other car doesn’t work, the battery is broken.”
Lucy… crying, “Why is the battery broken!!!! I KNOW!” brightening, “You can put in a NEW battery!!”
Mom, “That won’t work, sweetie. There is something that is taking the power from the battery. We need to figure out what is making the battery go dead before we can put a new one in.”
Lucy, “Oh.” long pause “Maybe it’s a gun.”
