Matt had the day off today, so after seeing Lucy off to school, I went for an hour long run. It felt so good to get out there again rather than just running a mile at a time on my treadmill whenever I have a spare minute.
Matt and I joined forces to clean the kitchen and then went to go look at a house in Ellsworth. It is a super cute craftsman house built in the 1920’s. It’s a block from the school, and two blocks from the library. It’s really charming from the inside and so dated and awkward on the inside that we could completely tear everything down without feeling guilty for tearing down perfectly good fixtures. A blank canvas, so to speak. Now if only we had an extra 150k lying around.
