One of those days

Select Dynamic field

I got up to use the bathroom this morning and the act of moving out of bed made my stomach felt like it was being ripped from me.  I decided it was going to be a low key day.  Obviously my body wasn’t up for the gym or a nice long walk, like I had planned.

But anyone with kids at home knows that a low key day is impossible.  Especially in TLF where you can’t separate kids that are getting on each other’s nerves.

After breakfast and cleaning, I thought it would be nice to go to Walmart and pick up some craft supplies to keep my kids occupied while I could relax my poor back and tummy.

But Matt accidentally took the keys with him.  I know that the Bx and Commissary are just a half a mile away, but like I said… my poor back.  I would love to walk there, but I just can’t.

And to top it all off, today is the day Matt decided that he won’t be coming home for lunch anymore.  I managed to loose my set of keys in the move, so I’ve been using Matt’s keys and Matt has been using the spare key for the Jeep.

Under most circumstances I’d say that it is definitely easier not to have to plan around him coming home for lunch… but I hate feeling stranded, especially when I’m feeling an ever growing need for chocolate.
