I will truly miss him. He is the first Prophet that I felt like I knew. I was too young and oblivious to appreciate any of his predecessors. I love his humor and optimism. I love how even though we live in this evil and selfish world, he always said “Rejoice!”. I will always strive to follow this council, even now, after his passing.
When I told Lucy this morning, she cried and said “I never got to meet him!” I told her she would get to meet him in Heaven.
