Lucy: Dad can I have a Happy Meal, PLEASE!!
Dad: No, Happy Meals are too expensive
Lucy: No Dad, they are not too expensive, the just aren’t in the budget.
Dad: um, ok.
Lucy: Mom, you need to put Happy Meals in the budget
