I asked my doctor about the weird insides falling out feeling I get after I workout.  Apparently that’s not good.

“Stick to walking and yoga”.  I guess my modified Jillian workouts aren’t going to cut it.  To paraphrase “this is your FOURTH child woman!  Are you nuts?  You can’t hold things in like you used to and there is nothing you can do about it.”
